What happened?

This was such a good game. I enjoyed plAying and got fairly good when last week or two something happen. the scope goes a little crazy and pulls away early or just aims wrong or shoots where you're not aimed...so that problem got a little better. I noticed, on my birthday you had a ground hog tournament so i finally broke down and added some money. i played the first game and shot 5 bucks yet the scoreboard showed I lost. my entry fee was gone and suddenly every time I go into the game, It says I am offline when anyone can see I am not, except when trying to open and play Big Buck..i can't even get in to verify if my money is still on my acct. Please fix this. Thank you...

Fun game, until you get scammed out of $

I was really enjoying this game. It’s hard to win a lot of money, but has its ups and downs and is fun. If you run into any issues though and unfairly lose money, it’s impossible to get any real support. I was playing in one of their bracket tournaments. The way it works is as you move through the rounds, there’s a guaranteed payout for making it to that round (which they don’t pay until the tournament ends). I was in the finals of the big buck battle, and the app decided to cancel the tournament (which was full and nearly complete) due to an update. Based on being in the final, my minimum payout was $16, if I won $24. Given it’s so hard to win on a regular basis it was unreasonable to just give me my $3 entry fee back. Working with customer support, they just kept responding with the same canned phrases over and over. One person acknowledged I was in the final, but didn’t seem to understand how it all worked. When you’re playing with real money, this is unacceptable level of service and borders on a scam. Deleting the app, recommend spending your money elsewhere if you don’t want to arbitrarily lose it in a “skill based game”

Disgrace to the Big Buck Hunter Name

I have always loved big buck hunter. Thats where I always spend my time and change wherever they have one set up. This is trash. You can only play 1 site 1on1, no trecks, no picking where you go, nothing. Even if you pay, you can do matches 1on1 or in brackets but its still just one site at a time at random. If your thinking “at least thats fair to both players” you would be wrong. Your opponent isn't chosen before the match, it looks like they are with a randomizer but after the match it can be different or worse say its atill finding you a match after you have finished. It just matches you later with people who scored higher and keeps your money because whatever bonus cash or deals you get or earn cant be cashed out. So once your down to bonus cash you win and take someone else’s money. Don’t waste your time. Go back to the arcade and play if you want actual buck hunter. I wont even be doing that anymore. Last of my money that will go to Big Buck Hunter in any form.
